Our Favorites from the Washington Auto Show!

2017 Washington Auto Show Wrap-Up!

Here are our favorites from this years’ auto show…

Hyundai Genesis

Hyundai Genesis models have been around for a while but this year, two new models have been added to the family. The Genesis G80 sport and the G90 sedan. Along with gorgeous body designs, the interiors of both cars are filled with fabulous leather and wood grained amenities. These models also have some pretty cool technology. The G80 has full color heads up display, back-up camera, Siri eyes free integration and more. The G90 has a wireless charging pad for smartphones in addition to the same features as the G80. Hyundai envisions the Genesis line as their stand-alone high end luxury brand, and they’ve succeeded! The warranties are the best in the industry. #IJS

Check out this quick video we shot of our friend Elle Cole of www.CleverlyChanging.com talking about the wonderful features.

Buick Cascada

Buick has a convertible? That’s what I heard a lot of people saying when they saw the cute new Buick Cascada. Its Buick’s first convertible in 25 years. It’s a cute, compact convertible with the features we all love in today’s cars. Features like heated seats, dual zone climate control, remote start and navigation. One feature I absolutely love is that the top, when opened is stored in a compartment in the trunk instead of resting messily on top. The hidden top when open is sleek and classy. Buick has stepped up their game and we are so here for it! The Buick Cascada starts around $33,000.

Corvette Stingray

We had to include at least one sports car. The Corvette models always speak for themselves with stunning styling and performance. Chevrolet has taken the design of the Corvette brand to new heights with the 2017 models. My favorite is the Corvette Stingray. It’s a sleek and sexy body design for the iconic sports car.

Mazda CX-9

Is that a Mazda?! Yes it is. Mazda has caught everyone’s attention with the aggressive, sleek and sophisticated re-design on their entire line. I’m in love with the Mazda 6 Grand Touring sedan but the new Mazda CX-9 is another beauty that caught my eye. It’s a very attractive SUV that seats 7 comfortably. The standard available options put the Mazda CX-9 in the class with a lot of the luxury SUV’s currently on the market.

This legendary muscle car has had a little work done over the years (lol) and FORD has a winning version on its hands. The 2017 Mustang is an attractive, sleek sports car with all of its legendary muscle. It’s HOT! It doesn’t hurt that it comes in a fabulous drop top edition and this stunning color. It’s called ‘Ruby Red!’ It’s okay to stare!

Range Rover

It’s no secret that I’m a Range Rover girl (lol). The 2017 edition is going to make me upgrade. I affectionately call the new Range Rover ‘Big Boy’ because it’s the big boy that dominates the full size SUV category. It can handle everything from 28 inches of snow to a swamp in luxury style and ultimate comfort. I think the new body design continues the Range Rover trend, elegant and classy enough for a night on the town with your sweetie but rugged enough to handle the elements.

This is the last weekend you can see all of these fabulous cars up close and personal. The Washington Auto Show runs now through February 5th. Visit www.washingtonautoshow.com for tickets and event schedules.

What cars would you like to see up close when the auto show visits your city?
