Fab Food: BAROAK Cookhouse & Taproom!

One of the world’s favorite date night ideas for couples is dinner at a great restaurant.  If you are a foodie and beer loving duo, I have the perfect restaurant for you…BAROAK Cookhouse & Taproom!

BAROAKcollage3I discovered BAROAK Cookhouse & Taproom during a ‘Girls Night In Beer Dinner’ with some fab ladies who also happen to be travel bloggers.  BAROAK is a great restaurant for a girlfriends’ dinner or an intimate/casual couples’ dinner.

BAROAK is the new restaurant located inside the gorgeous Loews Annapolis Hotel.  Three items are the star of BAROAK’s menu.  Mussels, the famous frites and beer are the definite stars of the menu.  There’s something fabulous on the menu for everyone.

So you’re probably thinking what should we try?  Well…I would suggest the ‘Mini Cubano’ sandwich which is house smoked porkloin, shaved ham, Gruyere , maple mustard with a little pickle relish on Sicilian bread.  #Delicious!  The ladies loved the ‘Bourbon Shrimp & Grits’ with the Gulden Draak beer.  I also loved the jerk chicken, rice & beans and fried plantains with a to die for sweet chili sauce.

When you dine at BAROAK you must try the famous frites (better french fries lol) with the 7 sinfully delicious dipping sauces.  All in all it was a great meal, great atmosphere in a beautiful restaurant.  I would definitely visit BAROAK again for lunch or dinner.

The next time you’re in Annapolis, stop in for a fabulous meal.  You’ll love it!  Please let us know which Frites dipping sauce is your favorite.   For more information please visit www.baroakannapolis.com  or call 410-295-3225.
